Arrive at 1000 for coffee and a chat with your friends and meet new ones.
At 1100 the formal business starts, with a brief AGM - we have to do the legalities, but there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
Then there is a a fun prizegiving, followed by a brief bar break and at 1300 we sit down for our 2 course lunch.
