Given it's a wee bit later than usual this year, we're running the AGM mid-week in central Glasgow so you can get on with maintenance at weekends.

We start at 1830 prompt, finishing at 1945 latest. All are welcome: coffee and biscuits will be provided.

Join us afterwards for a curry at Mother India.

 

Agenda and proxy voting

  • Please contact Alex if you have anything you wish to add to the agenda.

  • If you can't attend but would like to vote, download copy of the proxy voting form below.

  • If you email it by return as an attachment, put your name in the saved version of the form so we know who's sent it. Alternatively you can sign it and post it to the address on the form.

You can either email proxy voting forms to Alex or post it off to Graham to arrive by 1 March 2010.

How do I book?

This event is free to attendees.

if you would like to:

  • join us at the AGM

  • send your apologies

  • if you wish to dine at Mother India afterwards (we need to reserve a table)

  • if you have anything to add to the Agenda by 1 March 2010

  • if you would like to submit a proxy vote attach the form to your email to Alex by 1 March 2010. Don't forget to include your surname in any attached filenames.

The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow is on St Vincent Street, just minutes from Central and Queen Street rail stations, with easy access to the M8.
